They have been building a base of devoted fans withtheir original and soulful music.

The sound of High Strung Reunion is rooted in
the traditions of bluegrass music with influences
from the genre’s leading contemporary artists.

Sugar Blood Jinx is Eric Waxwood who uses finger-picking and slide on a National Steel Guitar and sings lead vocals . . .
Matt Murphy who plays upright bass and sings background vocals . . .
Scott Pittman who plays an old 1920’s “traps” drum kit and sings background vocals . . .
Grace Morrison is an award winning singer/songwriter. Her professional career has included stints performing with some of the most well known musicians in America including Eddie Money, J. Geils, Pete Francis of Dispatch, Chris Slade of AC/DC and The Firm, Greg Douglass of The Steve Miller Band, Joey Molland of Badfinger, Carmine Appice of Vanilla Fudge, and Jimmy Baine of Dio

The Little Compton Band embodies a new age of roots rock. Camaraderie around small town living, improvised musical journeys, and a commitment to craft has forged this powerful group.
On a seaside farm in southern Rhode Island, the five friends began making music at a young age.
Through the years, the LCB has developed a sound that is remarkably classic in nature. A common infatuation with the musical languages of soul, jazz, country western, and blues, coupled with their spiritual connection to the rural north, created a unique sound that transcends the status quo.
