Adam Sickler - Analog Heart - We Were Astrounauts

set times tbd

Inspired by the likes of great songwriters such as Paul Simon and James Taylor, to modern-day singer-songwriters like Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson, and John Mayer, Adam Sickler brings a fresh new take on an old combo of guitar and the human voice.

“An intriguing band that have yet to really scratch at their potential. Analog Heart touches on big-room alt-rock all the while easing into gritty, alt-country and blues without losing any sense of sincerity or tenderness.” – Vanyaland.com

We Were Astronauts is known for their catchy hooks, killer leads, and riveting energy.

Andy Newton grew up in a manner similar to that of many children: listening to the music imposed on him by his parents. In his case, this came in the form of KFRC, the local radio station that, with every song it played, lived up to its boastful claim, “That means Oldies,” packing the airwaves with the seminal acts of the era, from The Supremes, Smokey Robinson, and Otis Redding; to Simon & Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, and The Lovin’ Spoonful; to The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and The Beach Boys.
